Your rights over your data
The data you give us is yours. Law 29733 and its regulation give you these rights over it, and exercising them costs you nothing.
What you can ask for
- Information
Know what we use your data for, who receives it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
Answer within 8 business days
- Access
Find out which of your data we hold, where it came from, what we use it for and who we share it with.
Answer within 20 business days
- Rectification
Correct data that is wrong or incomplete, such as your name, your document or your email.
Answer within 10 business days
- Erasure
Ask us to delete your data once it is no longer needed. Some of it, such as receipts, must be kept by law; we will tell you which and until when.

- Objection
Ask us to stop using your data for something specific, for example to send you promotions.

- Portability
Receive your data in a structured file you can take to another service.

How to ask
- Write to contacto@duolavanderia.com with your request and a copy of your ID.
- Or come to the shop with your ID and we will help you fill in the request.
- If you prefer, use our form: fill it in, sign it and send it with a copy of your ID.
- If someone else asks on your behalf, they need your express authorisation, their ID and the document that proves it.
How we answer
We answer by e-mail or by letter, as you tell us, within the deadline of each right, counted in business days from the day after your request. If something is missing, we ask for it and the deadline resumes when you send it.
If we do not answer in time or you disagree with the answer, you can file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
