Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the facilities and services of DuoLavandería, located at Psje. Salaverry 160, Urb. El Retablo, Comas 15314, Lima: self-service laundry, entertainment area (gaming and games tables), coworking space and snack sales. Using the premises implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Use of the laundry service

• Machines must be used following the instructions displayed on the premises.
• DuoLavandería is not liable for garments damaged through failure to follow washing instructions (care labels, overloading the machine, mixing unsuitable garments).
• We are not liable for valuables left inside garment pockets.
• Garments or items forgotten on the premises are kept for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the service ended; after that period, DuoLavandería may donate them or dispose of them under its internal policy.

3. Entertainment area and coworking

• Consoles, games tables and furniture must be used with care; the customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse.
• Children under 12 must use the gaming area accompanied by a responsible adult.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone whose behaviour affects the safety or atmosphere of the premises to leave.

4. Bookings and payments

• You can book or order our services at the shop or on our website, with your customer account.
• We accept the following payment methods: Yape, Plin and credit or debit card.

5. Cancellations, no-shows and refunds

• Bookings: you can cancel at no cost up to 30 minutes before the reserved time, and we refund everything you paid. If you cancel later or do not show up, the payment is not refunded or moved to another time: that time was reserved for you and could not be offered to anyone else.
• To cancel, tell us at the counter, on WhatsApp at +51 982 722 383 or by email at contacto@duolavanderia.com. The time we receive your message is what counts.
• If you arrive late, you use the time left in your booking; the end time does not change.
• Laundry: a paid service is valid for 30 calendar days from payment, to be used any day within our opening hours. If you do not use it within that period, it expires and is not refunded.
• If we cannot provide the service for a reason on our side — equipment that fails, the shop closed, a power cut or a system error — we refund the full payment or give you another time, whichever you prefer. The same applies if we charged you twice or by mistake. How and when the money comes back is set out in our refund policy.
• None of this limits your right to file a claim in our Complaints Book or to go to Indecopi.

6. Opening hours

DuoLavandería is open every day from 8:00 to 22:00. Hours may change on special dates, which we announce on our social media.

7. Intellectual property

The DuoLavandería brand, its logo, website content and social media are the property of DuoLavandería and may not be reproduced without prior authorisation.

8. Changes

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima Norte.
